Register For Account Access

Re-registration is required for online account access. Just follow the simple instructions below to begin accessing your account information today. Once registered, you can visit our website directly anytime at www.nfg.com and select 'My Account' to log in.

Registration Steps:

Please note, you will need your policy/contract number, tax ID, and a valid email address and phone number to complete the registration.
  1. Choose My Account from the top menu bar
  2. Click Log In/Register and select Sign Up
  3. Create Account by registering as Policyholder and inserting the requested information
  4. Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and click Register
  5. You will immediately receive a verification email; click Activate Account
  6. Follow the prompts to log in and set up multi-factor authentication
  7. Click Finish and enter the requested information to complete account set up
    IMPORTANT TIP: Your 6-digit policy/contract number with no leading zeroes, spaces or dashes should be entered to complete account set up.
