Nassau Athos AnnuitySM
Nassau Athos Annuity is an accumulation-focused fixed indexed annuity with a premium bonus option. It offers strong growth potential through index accounts that can be extended to capture multi-year market upside while providing powerful protection, flexibility and control over your retirement savings. Contact your insurance producer for more details.
Powerful Growth Potential with Protection
The index accounts available with Athos can be extended annually for stronger long-term growth potential compared to traditional strategies.1
To help premium climb with safety, Athos safeguards 90% of the highest anniversary Daily Account Value over the segment. This provides valuable protection while putting your full Account Value to work.2
Premium Bonus Option
With Athos, you can start the climb strong with a guaranteed premium boost between 10% and 16%.3 This option may trade some future upside potential in exchange for guaranteed, upfront accumulation.
Powerful Flexibility
You can choose to either reset or extend each indexed account on each contract anniversary based on your goals and objectives.
Additionally, an annual 7% free withdrawal after the first contract year provides flexible access to funds should your needs change.4
- Rates for extended segments may be greater than, less than, or equal to the rate set at each previous contract anniversary, or the rate that would apply if the account is reset. Growth is not guaranteed.
- If the associated index decreases, there is a risk of losing index credits on the remaining 10% that otherwise might have been applied if the account was reset. Contact your insurance producer or see the Indexed Annuity Product Disclosure for more information.
- Premium bonus option must be selected at the time of application. Bonus is not available for immediate withdrawal and the bonus amount and associated earnings are subject to a vesting schedule. The bonus amount and vesting rate may vary by age and state. The product is not intended to meet short-term financial goals.
- Withdrawals during the first contract year and withdrawals above the free withdrawal amount after the first contract year may be subject to surrender charges, market value adjustment, and recovery of non-vested premium bonus.
