Chief Service Officer
Sue is responsible for Nassau’s Operations, encompassing all facets of service and policy administration including producer contracting, suitability, new business, in force management, post issue processing, claims and the customer service call center.
She joined the company in 1992 as a Client Service Representative and has made her mark on every aspect of Operations, serving in increasingly senior and broader positions. Over the last several years, she has driven a best-in-class service mentality that consistently earns Nassau industry-leading service ratings. Sue was named to her current role in 2021.
Sue holds a B.A. in Secondary Education and Political Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She is an active member of numerous industry organizations, including LIMRA and LOMA, and has served as the chair of the Northeast Customer Service Group.
